Responsibilities
Answer inbound sales calls professionally and promptly
Follow a scripted qualification process to assess eligibility
Gather and verify customer information with accuracy
Transfer qualified prospects to Account Executives or schedule appointments
Call back missed inbound calls within required timeframes
Maintain detailed, accurate CRM notes
Uphold compliance standards, call quality, and process consistency
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience in inbound sales, call center, or SDR role (preferred but not required)
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to confidently follow scripts
High urgency and responsiveness
Basic CRM skills or the ability to learn quickly
