Senior Technical Program Manager

The JAM is a fast-scaling, technology-driven industrial and manufacturing company, and they are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own and scale its internal systems backbone. This senior leadership role involves managing enterprise systems and ensuring they support the business effectively, focusing on architecture, reliability, and evolution across various platforms.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve mission-critical systems (ERP, CRM, WMS, collaboration tools)
Lead integrations and automation across finance, operations, and planning
Ensure clean, reliable data for analytics, forecasting, and decision-making
Partner with Finance to improve close speed, audit readiness, and reporting
Own the BI stack and deliver automated, executive-ready reporting
Lead and develop technical project managers and systems developers
Allow the systems to fully support a manufacturing/logistics & automation business

Required

5+ years within a Technical Program Management role within the Automation, Manufacturing or logistics industries
Experience implementing & owning enterprise business systems that support the relevant type of businesses
Proven experience leading technical systems or integration teams
Strong ERP experience
Understanding of finance and accounting workflows
Knowledge of CRM's and/or WMS
Experience with BI / analytics platforms (e.g. NSAW, Tableau, Snowflake)
Experience in industries like Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
