They are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to support their growth by managing supply chain, logistics, and warehousing departments while collaborating with various teams to align operations with business goals.

Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management: Assist in product development, compliance, and vendor relationship management to ensure suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery timelines
Warehouse Operations: Oversee and manage relationships with 3PLs across multiple regions, improve warehouse storage, fulfilment and shipping efficiency
Logistics & Distribution: Optimize inbound and outbound logistics for timely and cost-effective distribution and strengthen relationships with carriers to enhance service quality
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service to align operations with business goals and improve customer satisfaction
AI Enablement & Automation: Identify and implement practical AI use cases across the business (e.g., forecasting, SOP creation, customer support workflows, data QA / reporting), partnering with teams to pilot solutions, measure impact and scale
Qualification
Required
College degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Ideally has a consulting background or operational experience
Highly analytical with strong critical thinking skills
Clear and effective communicator
Additional attributes: self-starter, high ownership, ability to multitask, curious, results-oriented, has a bias for action, entrepreneurial, can handle stressful environments
