Responsibilities
Support end-to-end program delivery across banking or financial initiatives (payments, cards, lending, AML, digital banking, or core banking)
Assist in program planning, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking
Coordinate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams
Track program status, risks, issues, and action items; escalate concerns proactively
Prepare program documentation, status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates
Support governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews
Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., KYC, AML, SOX, PCI, FFIEC)
Assist with vendor coordination and deliverable tracking
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in program, project, or delivery management within banking or financial services
Understanding of banking products and processes (payments, cards, lending, deposits, or financial operations)
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred
Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven programs (AML/KYC, risk, audit)
Experience supporting technology or data programs in a financial institution
PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or Agile certification (nice to have)
Experience working with global or onshore–offshore teams
