Domain/Industry experience: Oil & Gas vertical
Staffing Industry experience
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication skills
5+ years of experience in IT Staffing industry (including knowledge around IT Staffing, Professional Staffing, & SOW)
Solid Sales and Account Management experience
5+ years of good experience managing customer relationship and provide great customer service
5+ years of experience working with MSPs
5+ years of experience in attending local customer and networking events
5+ years of experience with using CRM tools and MS Office
Business Development experience
Experience selling into Oil & Gas vertical experience
Able to travel for customer meetings
