Responsibilities
Ownership of user flows, with a strong emphasis on mobile app experiences
Component-driven, user-centric product design aimed at creating lasting behavior change
Experience shaping products that feel intuitive and 'easy' from a client and user perspective
Hands-on experience with applied AI in real products (not theoretical)
Able to partner closely with technologists and engineers
Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including how RAG systems work, and how to translate that into product decisions
Leads product roadmaps with a clear strategic lens
Balances long-term vision with near-term execution
Confident making tradeoffs and prioritization decisions in a 0-to-1 environment
Background or strong interest in health-focused products
Experience taking products from 0-to-1, then building upon and polishing post-launch
Focus on refinement, usability, and scaling what works
Interview process consists of 2 rounds
