Making recommendations that enhance operational effectiveness through the performance management system and associated interfaces
Monitoring daily and nightly audit reports
Reviewing interface status and SQL Agent jobs
Resolving system issues
Working with Information Services to address infrastructure or SQL alerts
Managing application-related service tickets
Escalating issues when necessary
Restarting application services and processes as needed to maintain system reliability
Overseeing technical project solutions

Ensuring that division-led projects and resources align with organizational priorities and achieve established goals from initiation to closure
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree
Five years of progressively more responsible professional experience related to job functions
Knowledge of principles of personnel administration, supervision, and training
Thorough understanding of modern office practices, procedures, and methods using automated systems
Experience leading project teams, conducting analysis, and contributing to policy or procedure development
Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation (ITIL®)
Microsoft Certified: SQL Server Database Certification (MCSA/MCSE) or equivalent
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB)
