Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive schedules for data center operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to timelines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and IT, to align schedules with project goals and operational requirements
Monitor and adjust schedules to address changes in priorities, resource availability, or unforeseen challenges
Analyze scheduling data to identify potential conflicts or inefficiencies and implement solutions to mitigate risks
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of schedules, deadlines, and expectations
Maintain accurate records of scheduling activities and provide regular updates to management
Support the development and implementation of scheduling tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency
Oversee the creation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for data center operations
Conduct regular meetings with team leads to review schedules, address concerns, and ensure alignment with operational goals
Monitor ongoing activities to ensure adherence to schedules and promptly address any deviations
Generate reports and provide insights on scheduling performance and resource utilization
Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and adjustments
Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required

Proven experience in scheduling, project management, or operations management, preferably in a data center or technology-driven environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with data center operations or IT infrastructure is a plus
