Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate execution of new account setups and post-implementation account updates across internal systems and databases
Assign and direct work for implementation team members and assist with account administration as needed
Recommend and support improvements to implementation processes while adhering to quality and compliance standards
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Support, IT, Finance, etc.) to maintain accurate client and account data
Oversee scheduling and staffing for system demonstrations and customer training sessions during onboarding
Deliver customer training when required due to staffing or scheduling needs
Evaluate onboarding and training effectiveness through defined metrics and reporting
Monitor team performance, productivity, and key metrics; report findings to management
Act as an escalation resource for questions, issues, and process challenges
Identify, document, and resolve operational or workflow issues as they arise
Perform other related responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset with experience working in a corporate environment
3–5 years of people leadership or direct supervision experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management, analytical, and self-motivation skills
Positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
Demonstrated initiative and process-improvement mindset
