Responsibilities
Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Manager
Lead/Manage/Support oversee hiring and onboarding of staff with appropriate security clearances and skills, manage stakeholder engagement and ensure timely delivery of reports, metrics, and deliverables
Collaborate with IRS Counter Insider Threat PMO Leadership and contracting team to ensure mission success
Drive develop and maintainance of program plans, risk registers, and governance documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact
Utilize Program/Project management tools to track and document progress
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems (with equivalent demonstrated experience in field)
10 + years of related experience
