Responsibilities
Lead and supervise maintenance mechanics during assigned shifts
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair quarry equipment such as crushers, conveyors, and heavy machinery
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
Maintain maintenance records, inspections, and parts inventory
Coordinate with site leadership to prioritize repair schedules
Train and mentor maintenance team members
Respond to urgent equipment issues and coordinate emergency repairs
Promote a strong safety culture and report unsafe conditions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of industrial or heavy-equipment maintenance experience
Experience leading or supervising maintenance teams
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Effective communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Familiarity with quarry or industrial equipment preferred
