Responsibilities
Process project invoices, including AIA
Handle construction, consultant, and overhead invoices using eBuilder, Timberscan, and accounting systems
Verify accuracy of invoice details, pricing, quantities, and supporting documentation
Maintain payment schedules and assist with monthly close
Complete project accruals
Pay online utilities and track property tax deadlines
Confirm contracts and change orders are executed; ensure budgets are available before processing
Track pending invoices and distribute weekly status reports to project teams
Respond to vendor and internal payment inquiries
Process payments via Avid Pay and Sage
Review AP aging and support several projects simultaneously
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience in the real estate development industry
3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
Must know how to read and understand an AIA application
Experience in construction accounts payable
Knowledge of AIA billing formats
Familiarity with Sage 300, Timberscan, eBuilder, or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge with Timerline, eBuilder, A+ (preferred)
Accounting experience a plus
