A safety and quality centered mindset. Proficiency with basic hand tools. Experience or knowledge of the photolithography process is a plus
Troubleshooting: Data analysis and hardware failure analysis/repair in a high-pressure atmosphere. Utilization of onboard diagnostics to understand and correct equipment issues. Thorough documentation of all repairs and maintenance
Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitoring equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes
Teamwork and Communication: Working in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization
Qualification
Required
Associates degree or other technical certification
Mechanical experience or computer-based troubleshooting experience
4 years equivalent technical Military service
A safety and quality centered mindset
Proficiency with basic hand tools
Experience or knowledge of the photolithography process
Data analysis and hardware failure analysis/repair in a high-pressure atmosphere
Utilization of onboard diagnostics to understand and correct equipment issues
Thorough documentation of all repairs and maintenance

Familiarity with 6S best practices
Familiar with TBM concepts
