Present only the most qualified, screened candidates to hiring managers, providing clear summaries and recommendations
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring candidates receive timely information and confirmations
Act as the main liaison between candidates and hiring teams, setting expectations, providing updates, and protecting the candidate experience
Collect and document interview feedback from managers and candidates after each stage
Coordinate reference checks using the approved third-party screening provider, as required
Confirm compensation details within established guidelines, prepare offer letters, and obtain final approval from the hiring manager and HR where required
Extend verbal offers and send formal written offers to candidates, addressing questions and confirming acceptance
Upon acceptance, update the ATS, close the requisition, and hand off the candidate and offer details to HR Operations/onboarding in line with Certerra’s onboarding SOP
Work closely with HR Business Partners and the Senior HR Manager to align recruiting activity with workforce plans and business priorities
Partner with HR Operations and Benefits to ensure a smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding and first-day readiness
