Responsibilities
Act as a trusted Business Execution Advisor to senior leadership, shaping strategy and driving operational excellence
Develop clear, compelling presentations, reports, and communications for executive stakeholders
Lead resolution of complex project challenges by applying advanced project management principles and business insight
Facilitate and lead executive-level discussions to support informed decision-making and drive program alignment
Manage core project artifacts, including detailed project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), milestones, and status reporting
Partner across multiple business lines, serving as a strategic advisor and thought partner to project teams and leadership
Champion continuous improvement and scalable delivery practices across programs and initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in project or program management within a highly regulated industry
Proven success leading end‑to‑end change initiatives and delivering program outcomes at scale
Expertise in risk management, with hands-on experience in Financial Crimes, AML, or BSA programs
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic decision‑making skills
Experience applying project management methodologies (e.g., LEAN, continuous improvement, process optimization)
PMP or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred
Preferred
Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations and influencing senior stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead transformation programs with cross‑functional impact
Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity, alignment, and execution across diverse teams
