Field Project Manager, Fire

As a Field Project Manager in their Fire division, you will lead complex fire alarm and security installation projects across various facilities, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

Responsibilities
Coordinates and communicates project progression from inception to completion including design, permits, material delivery, labor schedules, and field installation
Develops a comprehensive project plan to meet schedules and budgets. Conducts Work in Progress meetings
Understands and follows all published codes, standards, and unique project specifications
Ensures AHJ requirements and departmental/SOX procedures are followed
Coordinates change orders and works toward overall margin improvement on every job
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Certificate or diploma in a related field (Fire & Life Safety, Electrical/Electronic; Security)
5 years' installation experience in Fire, Electrical, or Security systems
Expectation that Project Management Professional certification will be obtained within two years of employment in the position
NICET Level II must be obtained within one year of employment
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Project). Ability to create Excel spreadsheets, reference data in other spreadsheets, and create macros is required
Available for frequent local travel
Preferred
Certification in Fire Alarm Systems preferred
