Responsibilities
Execute detailed quality assurance testing for software products
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects
Apply best practices in quality assurance to ensure high-quality deliverables
Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing scripts
Participate in peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Karate, enabling efficient UI and API testing across multiple platforms
6+ years of experience in designing and executing performance testing strategies using tools like JMeter, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing application responsiveness and scalability
2+ years of experience in integrated AI-driven test optimization techniques to enhance test coverage and reduce execution time, contributing to faster release cycles
2+ years of experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, with automated test execution and deployment workflows leveraging AWS Lambda and containerized environments (Docker)
2+ years of experience in leading cross-functional QA efforts in Agile teams, utilizing Playwright for modern web automation as required and driving continuous improvement through collaborative sprint planning and retrospectives
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree) or equivalent work experience and/or Certifications
Preferred
Experience with automated testing tools
Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
Familiarity with security testing practices with tools like Fortify
AWS Associate Certification
ISTQB/AI Testing Certification
