Element Materials Technology is a world renowned Aerospace Testing Company with clients such as Boeing, SpaceX and Blue Origin. They are seeking a Test Technician to build and run diverse test programs to test the physical limits of aerospace hardware.

Responsibilities

Fabricating and building unique hydraulic, pneumatic, and fuel systems
Executing specialized tests on a wide range of mechanical hardware
Creating and logging data captured on custom data acquisition systems
Operating a variety of test equipment including pumps, blowers, compressors, motors, gas or electric heaters, and more
Engaging with other lab personnel to define and implement lab improvements
Maintaining the test facilities equipment
Working both independently and as part of a team

Required

Fabrication, automotive, machining or other mechanical skills that will translate in unique ways to testing
Capability to work with a variety of tools and equipment
To bring a toolbox onsite with essential tools (list to be provided)
Experience with sensors or basic electrical devices

Preferred

Automotive mechanic experience
Welding and Metal Fabrication
Instrumentation experience
Experience in a testing related field
Associate degree in related testing or mechanical field preferred
