Business Development - Commercial Roofing
Integrity Pro Roofing has served Denver for 13+ years with a commitment to people over everything. The role involves generating a significant commercial roofing pipeline by leveraging existing relationships and developing new partnerships within the commercial property ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Build and strengthen relationships with PMs, PMCs, roof consultants, HOAs, and GCs
Generate qualified opportunities that progress to scoping and estimate creation
Perform or coordinate site visits to gather accurate project information
Enter and maintain all opportunity data in JobNimbus
Keep consistent follow-up loops to move opportunities forward
Provide weekly pipeline updates to the CEO
Attend targeted industry events to grow market presence
Collaborate with estimating and production teams for smooth handoffs
Represent Integrity Pro Roofing’s values in every interaction
Qualification
Required
Active, recent experience with commercial property stakeholders
Existing, leverageable relationships with PMs, PMCs, GCs, or consultants
A verifiable track record of generating commercial service or project pipeline
Familiarity with the commercial roofing and commercial property ecosystem
Clear examples of partnerships you've developed and maintained
