Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Engineering Management for large-scale power plant projects (CCGT, simple cycle, GTG, substations, BESS, or utility‑scale infrastructure)
Strong understanding of key industry codes and standards (ASME, API, IEEE, NEC/NFPA, ISO standards, NEMA, etc.)
Significant experience reviewing engineering designs and performing design assurance and readiness validation
Experience developing Quality Plans, ITPs, engineering surveillance plans, design review procedures, and contractor capability evaluations
Ability to conduct structured engineering quality audits and lead issue resolution
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across Owner–OEM–EPC interfaces
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline
Experience with GE, Solar Turbines, or other major OEM engineering documentation and quality processes
Background in both Owner-side and EPC or OEM engineering quality workflows
