Responsibilities
Be skilled at creating designs across various media such as customer presentations, signage, emails, digital ads, mobile apps, brochures, packaging, infographics, and more
Take ownership of a project from initial concepts through design layouts, maintaining version control through final production of assets
Prepare and package digital files for print production, including PDF proofs, bleeds, trims, color separation, and cropping
Create, conceptualize, and develop graphic layouts with an understanding of font hierarchy, consistent spacing, and messaging flow for internal and external client-facing projects and programs
Follow brand guidelines, including logo usage, typography, photography style, color usage, and other client-specific design elements to create innovative and attractive visual solutions
Work closely with the marketing team to produce visual communications through an iterative creative process while adhering to project specs and client expectations
Possess strong conceptual design skills to offer a variety of design solutions while continuously learning to keep skills and industry knowledge current
Maintain a fun but professional attitude, with an efficient work style that is highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and supportive in an open work environment
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization to meet tight deadlines and stay within target hours and budget requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
Minimum 7 years post-education, digital, and print design experience
Advanced knowledge of typography (typeface proportion, spacing, weight)
Expert proficiency in current Mac versions of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
Effective in working under tight deadlines, prioritizing issues, and managing concurrent assignments
Attention to detail while working with multiple projects
Great communication skills
Team player and willingness to learn
Travel to various client locations if needed (up to 10-20%)
Preferred
Adobe Substance 3D Stager skills are a plus
Strong PowerPoint design skills are plus
Basic HTML, CSS knowledge
