8+ years of Quality Assurance experience supporting enterprise systems
Strong experience testing Student Information Systems (SIS) or large-scale data-driven platforms
Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing, defect management, and UAT coordination
Proven expertise in data validation, integration testing, and ETL/ELT workflows
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, or similar tools
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills
