Responsibilities
Set up and support Wyse & 10ZiG zero clients
Manage Intune device enrollment, compliance, and app deployments
Implement Conditional Access and mobile security baselines
Handle L2/L3 troubleshooting for zero clients and mobile devices
Partner with infrastructure & security teams
Document processes so others can follow your lead
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizen
Experience with Wyse Management Suite or 10ZiG Manager
Strong knowledge of ThinOS and remote display protocols (RDP/PCoIP/Blast)
Hands-on expertise with Intune + Azure AD/Conditional Access
Networking basics: DHCP, DNS, VLANs, certificates
Some PowerShell for automation
