As a B2B Integrations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the installation of Fortis payment processing accounts within the B2B vertical, working closely with the sales team and external partners to ensure successful integrations.

Responsibilities
Partners, and internal team members regarding ERP software and Fortis payment integration functionality
Installation Management: Schedule and manage the installation of Fortis payment integration software into customers' ERP systems, ensuring timely completion within established SLAs
Coordination: Collaborate with the B2B Sales Team, end-user merchants, and external partners to document and complete successful installations
Proactive Communication: Engage proactively with internal B2B stakeholders and external partners to resolve any installation obstacles
Process Management: Execute established process workflows, including task management, emails, chats, telephone, and callback requests to support successful installations and specialized B2B support
Technical Support: Provide customer-facing technical support before, during, and after the installation process, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on ERP software and Fortis payment integration functionality
Collaboration: Work with the internal sales team to schedule and conduct demos of Fortis payment functionalities for potential customers
Documentation: Create training and product documentation for both internal and external audiences
Problem Solving: Utilize available resources and collaborate with colleagues to address basic and complex questions and solve problems related to ERP software and Fortis payment integration
Qualification
Required
Education: High School or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of two years in a business-related environment, with experience in ERP software installations being a plus
Knowledge: Proficiency with ERP platforms such as Sage 50, Sage 100, Sage 300, Sage X3, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/Finance & Operations, NetSuite, and other ERP systems is beneficial
Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite
