Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimize core lifecycle programs across email and SMS, including welcome, browse/cart abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and re-engagement
Improve retention, repeat purchase, and new customer activation through thoughtful journey design and segmentation
Identify opportunities to expand automation, personalization, and lifecycle coverage
Execute all email and SMS campaigns end-to-end, including briefing, build, QA, deployment, and post-campaign analysis
Support an omni-channel communication approach aligned to customer intent and segment
Maintain the CRM content calendar to ensure clear prioritization and balanced messaging
Ensure operational excellence through strong QA and on-time execution
Analyze CRM performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
Translate performance data into clear actions that improve engagement, conversion, and retention
Maintain CRM reporting and dashboards and communicate results to key stakeholders
Share learnings with Brand, Product, and Ecommerce partners to inform broader initiatives
Maintain strong CRM hygiene, including list health, deliverability, and data integrity
Use customer behavior and performance data to inform smarter segmentation and messaging decisions
Execute a structured testing roadmap across lifecycle flows, messaging, and channel tactics
Evaluate new tools, features, or automation opportunities to improve performance
Clearly document and share test results and recommendations

Required

2-3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within eCommerce
Hands-on experience building and optimizing email and SMS flows and campaigns
Strong understanding of CRM metrics and KPIs
Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Google Analytics, Shopify
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

Preferred

Retail or outdoor industry experience a plus
