Senior Level, Lead/StaffAIT Global Inc is seeking a Product Cybersecurity Engineer to conduct hardware and software systems engineering and vulnerability research on products. The role involves developing techniques to ensure cybersecurity integration and performing reviews to evaluate potential vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities
Conduct vulnerability scans, analyze findings, and recommend mitigation strategies
Identify systemic issues based on vulnerability analysis, configuration assessments, and metrics
Troubleshoot hardware/software interfaces and interoperability between integrated systems
Develop new solutions integrating cybersecurity controls to support business goals
Align cybersecurity system configurations to meet documented product requirements
Conduct/support authorized penetration testing on products
Design/redesign hardware, operating systems, and software applications to address cybersecurity requirements
Develop product validation plans, manage risk, and verify product capability
Create scripts, code, configurations using best practices for system integration and cybersecurity automation
Qualification
Required
Industrial controls or embedded cybersecurity work experience
Senior or Lead Engineer equivalent experience in relevant discipline with proven technical problem-solving and quality decision-making
Cybersecurity system integration (scripting, code, configurations, controls)
Product development execution, monitoring, and control across full product lifecycle
Technology research and development through proof of concept projects
Product failure mode avoidance and mitigation
Product verification and validation management
Managing complexity and balancing multiple stakeholder needs
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
High familiarity with Windows and Linux OS hardening techniques
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+, or similar certification
