Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain lab equipment, instruments, solutions, stains, assays, and other essential supplies
Perform specialized techniques, such as tissue culture, cell separation, electrophoresis, protein purification, TIA, ELISA, making and maintaining plasmid stocks, making and maintaining competent cell lines
Record and analyze research data, prepare reports, and provide insights to the research team. Maintain database records for chemicals
Ensure the lab remains compliant with safety standards, legal regulations, licensing and accreditation requirements
Assist peers and more senior researchers with ongoing projects, fostering a team-oriented, supportive environment
Qualification
Required
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience
Basic laboratory skills
Experience in mammalian cell culture
Preparing and maintaining plasmid stocks
This position is ideally suited for candidates able to commit to at least two years, given the depth of training and long-term nature of the projects
Outstanding communication and self-awareness
Critical thinking and problem-solving to optimize efficiency
