Responsibilities

Oversees and mentors the Master Scheduling team; ensures consistent application of planning standards, processes, and scheduling discipline
Provide direct leadership to the Production Control team, ensuring efficient execution of orders, material flow, and floor visibility
Maintaining the forecast and master schedule through timely and accurate feedback loops
Oversees production lead time calculations and ensures accuracy of planning parameters in ERP and planning systems
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring high-quality communication, alignment, and expectation management across all planning and fulfillment activities

Required

Bachelors degree; business and industrial engineering preferred
8+ years of experience as a scheduler in a manufacturing setting
4+ years of experience with SAP systems and Microsoft Suite

Previous management experience is preferred
Data analysis experience preferred
