Responsibilities
Coordinate with other Supervisors to build and execute productivity plans by reviewing work volume forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering to balance labor across the facility
Communicate policies to associates reinforcing adherence of the team to consistent compliance, taking corrective action when required
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in a Lean environment
Perform root cause analysis to facilitate problem-solving and process improvement/lean initiatives to facilitate logical solutions
Manage and provide performance feedback and development opportunities to direct reports including monthly 1-on-1 meetings with associates
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma with 8+ yrs experience, Bachelors with 5+yrs, or Masters with 3+ yrs experience
2+ years experience leading a team in a warehouse environment
Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably Oracle
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications
Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement Experience
