Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and enhance the Firm-wide Volcker Rule Compliance program in partnership with stakeholders across the Firm
Provide real-time guidance on Volcker Rule requirements, industry trends, and best practices
Perform second-line challenge activities, including reviews, monitoring, and control implementation
Collaborate with business, operations, and control teams to support change delivery, regulatory reporting, and governance
Draft interpretive memoranda and maintain relevant policies, procedures, and compliance manuals
Develop and deliver electronic and live Volcker Rule training programs
Support implementation and documentation of supervisory controls and operational processes
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and regulatory inquiries

Required

Experience with Volcker Rule compliance
Experience in market compliance or regulatory advisory
Ability to partner closely with trading, risk, finance, technology, audit, and legal teams
Experience in maintaining and enhancing compliance frameworks
Ability to advise on regulatory interpretation and new activities
Experience in managing metrics and reporting
Ability to support senior management and governance forums
Experience in regulatory engagement, policy development, and training
Ability to build, maintain, and enhance compliance programs
Ability to provide real-time guidance on regulatory requirements and industry trends
Experience in performing second-line challenge activities, including reviews and monitoring
Ability to collaborate with business, operations, and control teams
Experience in drafting interpretive memoranda and maintaining compliance manuals
Experience in developing and delivering training programs
Ability to support implementation and documentation of supervisory controls and operational processes
Ability to act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and regulatory inquiries
