INTEGRATION MANAGER

Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide acquisition integration efforts from due diligence through stabilization
Coordinate cross-functional due diligence across clinical, operational, financial, IT, revenue cycle, and people domains
Develop diligence workplans, timelines, and information requests aligned to transaction scope
Identify integration risks, execution constraints, and dis-synergies; escalate material findings to leadership
Validate operational and financial assumptions embedded in deal models and pro formas
Translate diligence findings and deal thesis into Day 1 readiness plans and post-close integration roadmaps
Provide integration leadership to matrixed functional project managers; establish priorities, sequencing, milestones, and dependencies
Partner with the EPMO to align integration plans with enterprise governance, tracking, and reporting
Coordinate operational, clinical, IT, and revenue cycle activation activities to ensure continuity of care and services
Manage cross-functional integration workstreams and support timely issue resolution
Monitor post-close operational and financial performance against integration expectations
Support leadership in adoption, workflow, staffing, and change management challenges
Coordinate stabilization activities and transition acquired entities to steady-state operations
Track synergy capture, benefit realization, and overall value delivery
Prepare executive- and board-level integration updates, dashboards, and decision materials
Facilitate integration governance forums and escalation pathways
Capture lessons learned to inform future integrations and enterprise playbooks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Seven (7) or more years of experience in healthcare operations, integration, strategy, consulting, or program leadership
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in healthcare environments
Strong understanding of hospital operations, service line management, and physician alignment
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
Experience in leading enterprise-wide acquisition integration efforts from due diligence through stabilization
