Responsibilities

Troubleshoot Oracle ERP/HCM modules, workflows, and business rules
Enter data, load files, run reports, and validate functional business rules
Develop and maintain ERP Quick Reference Guides and documentation
Train users on SmartView and OTBI report development and usage
Establish, document, and maintain ERP procedures and scheduled job processes
Resolve daily transaction console errors and system issues
Collaborate with developers and project teams to translate business needs into system solutions
Maintain Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upgrades and enhancements
Support ERP updates and upgrades, including after-hours work as needed
Meet assigned project timelines and deliverables

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in an Oracle ERP functional support role
1+ year experience creating Oracle Cloud OTBI reports
Strong understanding of business processes and standard workflows
Excellent troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to work after-hours when required

Functional SME across Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Learning
Full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations and upgrades
HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher reporting
Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and absence management
Data loads and conversions using HDL and Spreadsheet Loader
Incident management, workflow troubleshooting, and user support
Development of SOPs, training materials, and end-user documentation
Strong focus on compliance, data security, and privacy standards
