Responsibilities
Support two Category Managers by executing and tracking purchase orders related to semiconductor and connector procurement, including last-time buy and supply resiliency buffer activities
Partner closely with the Senior Manager to assist with workload management, reporting, and preparation for staff meetings
Maintain accurate records and drive process improvements within the Salesforce environment, including reporting and data integrity
Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting requirements in collaboration with Business Resources teams
Provide tactical support to Tier 1 Category Buyers by responding to urgent procurement requests and supply assurance needs
Participate in daily interactions with the semiconductor category team and engage in assurance-of-supply discussions across multiple category teams
Collaborate with electronics design and engineering stakeholders to align procurement actions with last-time buy strategies and buffer requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or related roles
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex, high-impact procurement activities
Execution-focused mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Proven ability to prioritize and balance multiple requests from different leaders simultaneously
Proficiency in procurement execution, purchase order management, and supply tracking
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to synthesize, summarize, and present information to diverse stakeholders
Strong team orientation and collaborative working style
Preferred
Salesforce experience, including report and dashboard creation and process enhancements
Experience within the electronics industry, particularly semiconductors and/or connectors
Industry knowledge related to electronics or supply chain
Professional certifications such as APICS or ISM, electronics distribution experience, or an electrical background
