Program Coordinator
Responsibilities
Managing and overseeing programs and projects
Ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations
Program development
Scheduling
Tracking deliverables
Resolving issues
Maintaining communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support client needs
Ensuring the highest level of customer service
Qualification
Required
Strong Program and Project Management skills with the ability to organize, plan, and manage deliverables effectively
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, needed for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction
Experience in Program Development, with the ability to design and implement new initiatives
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Previous experience in a similar role or related field is highly desirable
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
