The Analyst II - Supply Chain position is responsible for collecting and analyzing supply chain and financial data to support performance and cost reduction goals, while collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate reporting and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Performs analysis of customer needs. Manages and supports the identification and research of new developments and uses of current systems and applications, as well as upgraded systems and applications to meet customer needs. Products may include, but are not limited to; online applications, complex reporting, SaaS solutions, etc
Creates presentations/visualizations, reports, metrics, and dashboards for management involving significant analysis of multiple or complex data sources
Collaborates with all areas of supply chain professionals, HonorHealth executives and operational leaders on all products and service initiatives to ensure cost effectiveness in achieving supply chain strategic objectives
Creates training and education documentation to support metrics, policies, procedures, and system tools. Provides training via phone, online, and in person
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' work related experience
3 years analytics experience

Preferred

Master's Degree in related field
5 years analytics experience
Other Certified Materials & Resource Professional-American Hospital Association (AHA) or Institute for Supply Chain Management (ISM) Certification
