Inside Sales Representative
Talent Bridge is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to proactively support customer segments and assist Territory Managers. This role involves selling products and services, managing sales systems, and ensuring efficient customer service.

Responsibilities
Proactively sell products and services to existing and new customers
Support sales administration including quotations, pricing updates, and customer communications
Assist Territory Managers with customer inquiries, complaint resolution, quote entry, and credit coordination
Provide backup support for Trucking Dispatch and Scale Operations as needed
Maintain accurate sales and operational records
Participate in training programs and cross-training activities
Follow safety policies, promote a culture of safety, and maintain compliance with health and environmental procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction materials or a related industry
Advanced computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and SAP required; Salesforce and Excel pivot tables a plus
Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and work effectively in a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must have access to reliable transportation
