State Industrial Products is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Design Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the design, review, updating, and preparation of digital and print files, as well as contribute to the creation, development, and production of commercials, webcasts, and training videos.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in project development and review meetings
Create conceptual designs and digital layouts for print and electronic channels
Design unique graphics that support brand, product, or program initiatives
Capture product, application, portrait, and group photographs (film and digital)
Assist in the creation, development, and production of videos
Edit and enhance photographs digitally
Prepare and present proofs for review
Utilize corporate approval checklists and review forms
Coordinate with vendors regarding file requirements and file transfers
Review and approve pre-production proofs
Archive art files and photographs for future use
Perform miscellaneous related tasks as assigned
Travel may be required for video or photo shoots

Qualification

Adobe Creative SuiteVideo productionGraphic design principlesPhotography skillsMarketing concepts

Required

Pursing a Bachelors degree in a relatable field
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
Ability to edit digital files into finished videos
Working knowledge of graphic design principles and software
Basic photography skills (film and digital)
Understanding of video production processes; Adobe Premiere Pro experience preferred
General knowledge of offset, web, and digital printing processes
Basic understanding of marketing concepts
