Responsibilities
Establishes and implements IT Help Desk functions
Establishes ISO-20000-based IT service delivery
Maintains Microsoft 365 and OneNote corporate infrastructures
Manages IT purchasing, licenses and computer asset tracking
Manages Microsoft Azure and AWS services
Manages corporate Mobile Device Management
Provides oversight for CMMC compliance and operation of CUI infrastructures
Manages corporate networks, firewalls and switches
Manages approved software licensing and installation
Provides IT support functions for facilities in multiple locations
Defines and implements corporate Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship
Currently hold or have recently held at minimum a DoD SECRET Clearance
Must currently reside in or near Fairfax, VA and be able to commute to the work location
Bachelor's degree in IT Discipline
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude; providing exemplary work ethic
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision and be a self-starter is required. Strong and consistent follow-through on initiatives required
Possess strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
