Collaborating with management on developing/improving maintenance strategies
Developing staff technical capabilities
Expanding the implementation of Condition-based Maintenance technologies
Developing scope of work for complex maintenance and repair jobs
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Five (5) years of full-time experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial-related trades, two (2) years of which must be a supervisory or lead role
Must possess a valid Nevada Class C driver's license at time of application
Nevada Water Environment Association (NWEA) Plant Maintenance Technologist (PMT) Grade II Certification at time of application; NWEA PMT Technician Grade III preferred
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation
Employment is contingent upon the results of a pre-employment drug examination
Employment is contingent upon the results of a physical examination performed by our examining physician
This role may involve occasional work in confined spaces, which could require obtaining Confined Space Entry certification
