Responsibilities
Driving sales growth within the aerospace fastener and distribution industry
Generating leads, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing major deals with OEM suppliers and manufacturers
Managing the entire customer order process—from quotations and order entry to expediting and customer service
Ensuring a seamless experience for clients
Making strategic decisions on pricing and margins
Consistently exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service and deep product knowledge
Collaborating with account managers, suppliers, and team members
Commitment to continuous learning and maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 years prior experience in similar Customer Service role
1-2 years' experience of data entry
Knowledge of how to complete reporting in excel and emails
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to balance priorities
Knowledge of how to use a database
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail skills
Intermediate level on Excel skills
Ability to work on multiple things simultaneously
Preferred
Advanced Excel desired
College degree in relevant field preferred
1 year experience with aerospace hardware and fasteners
Understanding and experience with placing purchase orders
