Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Real Estate Law and experience with litigation processes
Expertise in lease agreements and due diligence for real estate transactions
Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication abilities
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar membership
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Prior experience in real estate law and litigation is highly preferred
