Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for a senior executive
Coordinate meetings, telepresence, conference rooms, and travel
Handle executive correspondence, meeting notes, and follow-ups
Process expense reimbursements and maintain accurate records
Support senior leaders and work closely with Business Support / COO Office
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as an Administrative / Executive Assistant
Strong experience in executive calendar management
Exposure to working with senior leadership
Excellent organizational and communication skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred
WebEx / Telepresence / SharePoint
