Responsibilities
Own and manage Aladdin channels across Data Interfaces, Data Conversions, and Data Cloud (ADC) Deployments
Liaise with relevant client counterparts, including senior technology managers responsible for delivering the required integration and migration builds
Work with client teams to create the necessary plans and trackers, and coordinate resources and updates
Lead future state architecture sessions with client teams, to drive project scope and identify challenges
Lead and assist in interface design and data mapping sessions, support client development needs
Manage stakeholders’ expectations and drive the resolution of issues
Support the enablement of our clients working with Aladdin Studio technology and Aladdin data
Gain an in-depth knowledge of Aladdin functionality and workflows to ensure the correct integration solutions are deployed and utilized
Work closely with partners across the Aladdin business and platform to support client development needs
Participate in business development activities assisting with systems architecture validations and due diligence
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in data integration and data conversion
Experience in managing and orchestrating technology channels related to data integration and data conversion or onboarding
Ability to drive project channels and manage key stakeholders' expectations
Provide best practice guidance to clients' technology teams
Support clients as they build their integration and transition their data to the platform
Work closely with core Aladdin implementation teams to deliver on client commitments
Expertise and leadership to secure on-time and on-budget project outcomes

Preferred
6-10 years' work experience in the financial services industry
Familiarity with buy-side investment management process and systems, lifecycle, and associated workflows; experience deploying and implementing financial systems
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts clearly and simply
Well-organized with strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in cloud-based computing solutions and automation tools and methodologies demonstrating problem-solving prowess and a proactive mindset
Proficiency in SQL and a working knowledge of ETL processes
Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team environment
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R, APIs, and data transformation tools such as Alteryx Designer, is highly regarded
