Responsibilities
Create process documentation from scratch for functions that have never been documented before
Develop process flows and maps (Blueworks Live → Lucid transition)
Conduct control reviews, control testing, and process testing to identify gaps and risks
Provide clear, consistent reporting on testing results, trends, and remediation
Support tool transitions (e.g., ServiceNow) and help build internal SharePoint sites
Collaborate across teams to strengthen overall risk, compliance, and control frameworks
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and process optimization
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in risk, compliance, internal audit, or business process improvement
Proven ability to build procedures, process flows, and documentation independently
Experience with control frameworks, testing, remediation, and reporting
Background in process mapping tools (Blueworks Live, Lucid)
Can operate as a generalist, but must be experienced—limited time for training
Preferred
Continuous improvement mindset (Lean Six Sigma, CI, P&P experience is a plus)
Certifications preferred but not required
