Responsibilities

Prepare pleadings, legal documents, and correspondence
Maintain and organize case files in both electronic and physical formats
Coordinate meetings and scheduling with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel
Draft and proofread contracts, agreements, and litigation documents
Schedule depositions, hearings, and other case-related events
Manage calendars and provide administrative support for a high-volume litigation practice

Required

5 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant or paralegal
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills and strict attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Experience with document management systems and litigation workflows
Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and perform well under pressure
