Responsibilities
Marketing Essex properties to the Chicagoland and national market through various channels including email campaigns, newsletters, social media and mailers
Calling property owners to further the team's relationships, proposals, and listing generation
Assisting in consummating transactions and managing the deal process
Conducting market research for apartment rent and sale comparables
Creating client deliverables such as property valuations and marketing packages
Maintaining our extensive client/property database
Preparing real estate contracts, listing agreements, and other transaction documents
Managing collection and assembly of due diligence materials for transactions
Attending building inspections and tours
Qualification
Required
Illinois Real Estate Broker's License
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Excel and Word (required)
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
A strong competitive streak and self-motivated ambition
An unwavering ethical compass
Desire to succeed and contribute to the success of a team
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of real estate or sales brokerage experience is preferred
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
