Responsibilities

Work with project managers, Principal Investigators, and OSP to initiate and process new grants, contracts, subcontracts, and amendments. Ensure all necessary documentation is received and accurate
Analyze and interpret contracts, breaking down key terms and conditions, and translate them accurately into the financial system for proper tracking, reporting, and compliance
Input grant and contract data into PeopleSoft (e.g., financial details, project descriptions, funding amounts, etc.) to create projects
Ensure all documents comply with institutional policies and external regulations
Address issues or discrepancies in the setup process, working closely team members to resolve them quickly and accurately

Required

1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience)
