Responsibilities

Perform daily golf course maintenance including mowing the course, laying sod as appropriate, preparing new turf, and seeding the lawn. Mow golf course utilizing rotary mowers
Perform sand trap, basic tree, and vegetation maintenance
Assist with irrigation landscape repair, fertilizer applications, special projects, and other general maintenance tasks
Ensure proper care and safety in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies and communicate any needs or problems
Promote continuous improvement of safety and environmental practices

Qualification

Golf course maintenanceMowing skillsGeneral mechanical knowledgeIrrigation repairFirst Aid CertificationBasic understanding of golfCommunication skills

Required

Must be at least 16 years of age by date of application
Must successfully pass criminal history background check

Preferred

General mechanical knowledge
Previous golf course work experience
Basic understanding of the game of golf
Obtain or maintain American Red Cross CPR, AED and First Aid Certifications
