Responsibilities

Manage the shipping and receipt of goods, including opening packages, verifying quantities, and confirming accurate item delivery
Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage concurrent projects and timelines
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure optimal stock levels
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Manage the cycle count process, performing cycle counts and resolving discrepancies, including inventory in the warehouse, as well as in work-in-progress (WIP) areas
Ability to work hours necessary to meet business objectives. This may include working overtime (40+ hours in a work week)
Ability to operate a sit-down Forklift Ability to operate a Reach truck Ability to operate a cargo van or similar vehicle

Required

Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience; Master's degree and 0 years of relevant experience or an additional 6 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Current ERP experience in Systems Applications Processes (SAP)
Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Security Clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.)
Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage concurrent projects and timelines
Ability to work hours necessary to meet business objectives. This may include working overtime (40+ hours in a work week)
Ability to operate a sit-down Forklift
Ability to operate a Reach truck
Ability to operate a cargo van or similar vehicle

Preferred

Experience in operating a forklift and other types of material moving equipment
Hazmat and Ammunition & Explosives (A&E) experience/certification is highly desired
Experience with classified program requirements
Experience with using an MRP system for storing and issuing inventory
Experience with inventory management
Familiarity and experience with audits from Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Defense Contract Management Agency Safety (DCMAS), Defense Contract Management Agency Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)
