The International Tax Intern will assist with international tax research and compliance projects, support monitoring efforts, and contribute to internal communications while gaining exposure to cross-border tax issues.

Responsibilities
Assist with international tax research, documentation, and compliance-related projects
Support monitoring and compliance efforts by gathering, organizing, and reviewing information related to multinational structures and transactions
Assist in preparing internal memos, tax structuring decks, summaries of technical guidance, and client-facing documentation
Help prepare meeting materials and take notes for key team meetings
Respond to inquiries and provide administrative and project support to the ITS team
Contribute to internal communications, including drafting content for reports, summaries, or knowledge-sharing materials
Participate in firmwide training sessions and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with industry leaders and subject matter experts on special projects
Shadow team members to gain exposure to cross-border tax issues, research processes, and compliance workflows
Work effectively within a distributed, remote team environment
Qualification
Required
Working towards a Bachelor's degree
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environment
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Strong computer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet and tax software
Preferred
Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Coursework completed or in progress in taxation and accounting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong reading comprehension and ability to summarize complex information
Interest in international tax, compliance, or professional services
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with research or workflow tools a plus
Prior internship, academic research, or documentation-heavy experience preferred but not required
